Terms of use
Terms for using the Astro Stack website and open-source software.
Last updated: 2026-07-14. This is a lightweight, MIT-oriented stub for early public use. It is not a substitute for counsel-reviewed legal terms.
Website
This marketing website is provided “as is” for informational purposes. We aim to keep descriptions accurate, but features, docs, and release status may change. Nothing on this site is a warranty or service-level commitment.
Open-source software
The Astro Stack CLI and related packages in the public repository are released under the MIT License. That license governs use, modification, and redistribution of the software. Generated projects are yours to use under the terms of the licenses of the code and dependencies they contain.
No professional advice
Documentation and marketing copy are not legal, security, or compliance advice. Evaluate generated projects for your own requirements before production use.
Acceptable use of this site
Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or misuse the hosting infrastructure. Report security issues related to the project through responsible channels on GitHub when available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the authors and copyright holders are not liable for damages arising from use of this website or the software, consistent with the MIT License disclaimer.
Changes
We may update these terms as the project and website evolve. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
